Your adsense account needs approval before you get paid……there are certain checklists they will do before approving your account…it takes around 10-15 days for them to get back….so you need to wait till then….

Yes you will be paid only after your account is approved.
Until your account is unapproved you will see public service ads from google on your blog.
Approval of your blog can take from 2 Days to several weeks ( especially if your blog is new ).
