Will I Get Paid By Adsense: Tos Violation ?

Posted by Adsense Blog on July 6th, 2009 at 10:46am

I read many horror stories by people who got their adsense disabled by google. All of these, people I have read about have received a message from google disabling account due to click fraud.
In my case, all they said was TOS violation, because the logo did not display in some of my websites (adsense for search). (error I made in copying and pasting the complete code, in my first 4 sites of 20)
and secondly, because, most of my traffic originated at third party websites.
I wrote to them a wk ago and have not responded to it.
I promissed to buy food for hungry children in India (I live in US, a US citizen). Now many will not receive food as I promissed, if google delays or worse never pays.
I talked to some attorneys in palo alto and they say that no one will take my case, because google is too powerful (rich).
how do you fight someone so rich? only thing I know is, I depend on God for everything and I plan to launch the holy name of God against google, by chanting “Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare. Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare” and walk arround their campus in Mtn view…..
Similar to what Moses did…. :-) remember how the city fell?
Only thing I know more powerful than Google Gods is Almighty God, and luckyly, I happen to be His servant.
btw. the amount is $5024.00,
(my concern is I heard from people, if they ignore your email, they will not pay you.)

I’ve been with Adsense since 2003, and because I strictly followed the TOS, I ALWAYS get the income I get
I don’t think you’re telling the complete truth. Most Adsense sites get their traffic from third party. There’s nothing in Adsense that you are not supposed to get third party traffic. The question is: what is your “third party traffic”? If they are low quality traffic such as Trafficswarm or banner exchange, then Google does not like that
You have to understand that Adsense first responsibility is to their advertiser. I’ve seen many people claim that Google cheated them — only to find they are cheating on Google. One posted here on YA and said the same thing as you do — only to later find that they have been posting ads on Craigslist telling people to click on the ads
If you really think you’ve done nothing to violate the TOS, then you should appeal to Google. There’s a LOT of cases where those who appealed reinstated, as long as you have proof that you did not click on the ads, you’ve been under click attack, etc.
Are the ads still showing up in your site? Can you change what they want changed and then email them to say you’ve done what they wanted?
