Why Are There No Channels Listed To Select From When I Try To Create My Adsense Ad?

I am creating my very first ad. I logged into the adsense account, selected the size and color, then on the next page there’s an EMPTY box that asks me to select channels from. How can I select if the box is blank?

There should be a button that says “create new channel” too.
You have to create the channel and save it, then it will appear in the box to select for later use.
