Google keeps track of how much money you’ve earned. You can track it at https://www.google.com/adsense/report/ov…
The payment schedule works like this: once you earn $100 or more, you will be paid toward the end of the next month. That is, if you cross the line any time in June, Google will pay you some time around July 25 (even if you crossed the line on June 1).

they send you a check. check your adsense account. should ahve account balance, etc.
