i just signed up for google adsense. What else can I do? Thanks. I heard there is something else with google where you can use keywords to get ur site in searches… Do u know?? Thanks

AdSense by itself will not improve your website’s rankings for any keywords.
There are many free things you can do…in fact, MOST are free. Here are three to start:
1) If you have a physical location that is important to your business, list yourself in the Google Local Business Center:https://www.google.com/local/add/
2) Visit SEOmoz for some basic pointers on search engine optimization: http://www.seomoz.org
3) Start a blog! Host it on your domain if possible. Write about issues relevant to your site, and all that keyword-rich content will drag visitors and search engines back to your site.
