What Do You Think Of This Website (for Meniere’s Disease Treatment)?

Hey, I wanted someone’s opinion.
We used to maintain some data about the treatment of Meniere’s Disease on a blog type site but have moved it over to a nifty website format.
I didn’t make this website to make money or anything (although if we do get some traffic I may add google adsense to pay for the hosting). Meniere’s Disease isn’t a very common condition, and the site is just supposed to be a helpful source of information as most people are not very familiar with it.
So – my question – how does the design ‘feel’?

First off, I believe it’s spelled fluorescent. I might also consider changing it so that links are underlined (or is that the settings on my computer?)
The site looks good. You’re right, I had no idea what meniere’s disease was before this morning.
If it’s your first time making a full website, i’d say you’ve done a good job.
As for the information being helpful for those seeking meniere’s disease treatment? i don’t know if i could answer that. It seemed to have helpful looking information in a good layout, but i don’t know anyone personally that suffers from menieres.
