What Can I Do About A Flop Dating Site?

What can I do about a flop dating site? Started this one http://www.singlemovielovers.co.uk/ two years ago. Forked out £100 for the script in the hope that it would earn me good money and enable me to become self employed. Huh, how wrong I was! In all that time, I haven’t earned a single penny from it. Membership is building up very slowly, and despite the fact that I now have near 1000 members, none of them seem interested in paid subscription.
Given this flop dating site, what should I do? Should I scrap it and build a site with Google Adsense ads on it (had some success with those ads on a ghost site)? I thought a niche dating site for movie fans might have worked, but as you can see, it has proved utterly fruitless!

I’m assume that the script work perfect. However the graphic seems a bit off. Not very smooth, modern and professional looking. I wouldn’t pay for member fee to a website looks so much like someone’s homepage. Also, u have 1000 members, but how many are actually active members? The more appropriate stats should be how much hits u get weekly?
Fix those, and then there’s a few way to make money:
1. You could have make a deal to put ads for new release movies or the cinemas. After all, your website is for movie lover. (Make your website look more extensive and up to date by put in new movie info update, or just links to new movies, or movie recommendation, etc.)
2. Free member only allow one dating connection to other member. If he/she want more dating – pay up! (U can control this by not let members show their email or contact to public.
3. Make an agreement of selling movie ticket online with cinemas (through their links), and earn some revenue.
