You are not going to find forums that allow javascript. Allowing someone to “post” javascript is a security whole that is closed. As a matter of fact, forums either exclude HTML (hence the birth of BBCode) or severely limit the tags allowed (bold, italic, font, etc.) to keep users from putting in more dangerous tags.
It sounds like you are doing something unscrupulous anyway.
