Under adsense account
The website will allow users to register and choose either a free account type or an enhanced account type. Obviously there would be income generated from the enhanced registrations, but there would also be income generated from advertising (Google AdSense initially).
My question is do I need to create a brand new business i.e. register it with Companies House, annual accounts, etc, etc.
If the answer is yes, would I still need to do this even if I just generated income from Google AdSense and not the enhanced account type.

you guys know.My first question which is the hsot that provides
1 free domain on monthly billing,unlimted email account,supports streaming audio and video,webspac has to be more than 10000 GB.
2nd part of my question is that is there any site that is truly made for helping young webmaters such as my self.

Me too! Here are three ways I’ve used Adsense so far. I’ve had limited success, but enough that I’m convinced there’s real opportunity to earn with good content and even a moderate amount of promotion.
1. I started my mission to make money with Adsense a few months ago. I had this idea to start a science project website. It’s not off the ground yet, but even my site that does absolutly nothing, offers no useful advice at all, and is only mildly amusing reading, gets a few ad clicks every month.

I spent a lot of time setting up my own domain and site and learning the ins and outs, now I’m waiting to be able to afford good web hosting before proceeding with the fully functional site.
2. Another way to earn with adsense that is far simpler, but still requires interesting content, and good site traffic is Hubpages. These generate revenue for you through the ads that Hubpages puts on your individual pages. You don’t have to do any of the ad set up work, but you do need an established Adsense account. And, you don’t get as big a share of the ad revenue as you would with your own site.

I get very little traffic because I spend no time promoting it. Still, I get an ad click every now and then, and this goes straight to my Adsense account. Some people do very well with Hubpages though. And it’s free.
3. The latest thing I’m trying is Google pages. Also free. And very very easy to set up. You can put anything on there, including your Adsense ads! So far, this is the easiest way I’ve found to use the ads, for a beginner anyway.

These took me all of one hour to create. So, you can see that if you’ve got something a little more interesting than my cake recipes, or desert snapshots (lol), and if you spend a little time promoting your pages through links and such, you could generate a little traffice and a few dollars a month. And, once again it’s FREE!
Adsense is fun to play around with. Creativity and persistance is the key. Some people do very well.
