Are placement ads synonymous to CPM ads in google adsense?
If answer is yes, then why am I getting money only when there are clicks for placement ads(placement ads should earn money for impressions, not for clicks)?

I’m in the works of making a blog about males / and for males…involving fashion, modeling, actors, soon adding cars, homes, sports stars, inspiration, money, working out, etc.http://chizziledabs.blogspot
First off, I’m considering a name change to “Male Motive” I think it fits the blog better and will attract more people.
Secondly, what kind of AdSense placement would you recommend. I already have a sidebar with links, and links at the bottom. I’m wanting people to be interested in what they’re reading and want to find out more about the subject. For example, I have Abercrombie models on the blog, so I want them to click the AdSense involving models and the Abercrombie web site store. Or if it involves money, I want them to click on the ads involving how to make money, etc.
What kind of placement is best? Any recommendations for my specific blog?

I had an ad placed on the right-side and it moved underneath the posts, supposedly caused by some sort of Microsoft bug? (at least that’s what I read somewhere online) I don’t know the about the whole ordeal and I’m fairly new to blogging and HTML code so can anyone help me put the ad block back to the top right of the blog?
