Where Did Piracy Laws Come From?.. Do You Think It Takes Away To Much Of Your Freedom?

before the days of Television & Movies there would have been no piracy..
I you went into a big city & watched a play & went back to you little town & reenacted the play for your town. That would be the closest you would get to piracy back in those days..
I the record days people didn’t have the resources to copy there own records. so it would have been to stop other company’s mass producing
But now CDs & DVDs are cheap & we have the internet at own fingertips piracy is a big time..
But we are not selling to other people.. Musicians can still make money from concerts, movies can still make money from television or the theators,
so should it be the goverments place to tell us what we can & cant download for our own personal use..
Its our internet connection, Our pc’s, our electricity, our CDs or DVDs..
If I go out & take a picture of you walking your dogs & put it on my PC its not illegal so why is piracy Illegal if your not selling,
If you really really want to see a movie you pay the $10 to see it on a big screen or you hire the DVD cause the quality should be better..
& if you really like a band you see them live & pay for tickets..
Anyway What are you thoughts..
I think maybe that could have free movie downloads with ads running along the bottom of them like google adsense or something. Or at least
have movies a lot cheaper to buy like the same price as renting or cheaper to own the DVD forever & maybe $2-3 for a new release Music cd , Don’t tell me about printing costs because they can print to order.. & cheaply otherwise there would be piracy.

I have a music site that allows people to search for tracks or artists or albums and then listen to them streamed online. It does not require any software installation and the streaming music player is proprietary opens up in browser. The site is desgined to look google like simple, I will have two banners one on top of the search results and one the bottom. Also I will have one banner ad in the music player.
I get 13,000 uniques a day most of whom are regulars since they come back to the site daily when they want to listen to music and many of whom are on for extended periods of time, as they listen to several tracks.
I am using adsense right now but think I will make more money by using weekly rate banners. For example $500 a week for one of the main banners or $300 a week for the music player banner.
This will be first venture in online advertising so any help is appreciated.

Hi, I have seen this blog I like I am interested in buying it of the kid who runs it. (I am under 18 don’t worry I’m not some stalker) I have made some money of running my own websites and am interested in maybe buying his but letting him run it. okay well he is getting paid by zippet to advertise a zip it in his videos and he makes videos everyweek and zip it pays him and i asked katie from jklproductions who is his cousion and she said he is getting paid and i also talked to jon on blogtv.com in arshaasterak’s chatroom and davedays and kevjumba and yah…. also fred makes money from google adsense for being a partner on youtube. but how much is zipit paying him?also dont right hate comments about fred hes like awsome and funny alot ofpeople dont like him but alot of people do so dont talk about bad stuff about fred only good or answers to my questions

Hey, I was just wondering, is this google adsense thing the real deal? Like how much have you made in how much time? My family has a lot of money trouble and I am trying to make money for a few things, and opening a boxing gym in my town is one of them.
I am also wondering, what happens if you click your own links? Is blog spot the best place to do this? And finally, if they check your IP for links, what if you use a different computer to click your links? Will they know?
