My Google Adsense’s Account Was Disable? Please Help Me To Figure Out!! Help!!!?

Please help me!
Recently, I’ve got disabled from Google adsense program. I don’t understand why. I got a message from them like this:

” While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future, we’ve decided to disable your account. ”

1. Do you have experience about that? Can you figure what is my problem?
2. Can I submit to the program again? Will Google accept me?
3. If not, is there a good advertiser that I can work with?
