I am going to try to build a website about something I know, and put ads on it to make a little money. I need to know of a good free program to build a website, that would let me divide my site into sections, so I can place a menu on one side, and have text in the middle, while adding ads from places like adsense.

I am considering building a really cool content based website about online games. I know that this is a very hot market and I don’t think that will change anytime soon. Eventually, I would like to maybe monetize my site by placing affiliate links on it where visitors could click on links from my site and sign up for memberships or something like that. And also with Adsense ads.
The problem is this: I have no idea what my main subject (overall theme) would be about. I wouldn’t want to make it too general and use “online games”. The market’s too big. I want to narrow it down and target a certain audience.
First, I want to create lots of interesting / cool information before I would consider trying to make any money with it. I’m just not quite sure what information people are looking for out there or what would interest them.
And which is more popular, online kids games or online adult games? I’m leaning more towards kids games.

I’m thinking of making a website, I have never done this before and need to know what service is best to use for building and hosting I would what to put my own adsense account on the site and not have any other type of ads on it.
I only have Windows on my PC and though could put Linux onto a partition if needed.
Can any one please advise on the best course of acton, I might need forums for it as well.

Is creating sub domains a good way of building a profitable Adsense empire? I have read that it saves you money if you just add a subdomain to your main site, rather than fork out more on a new domain and webspace for a different niche.

I am looking for someone to help me build an affiliate website to post Google AdSense and affiliate links to. I do not know how to post links and I don’t know anything about HTML and FTP. I need someone who is willing to talk to me over the phone or who can direct me to a live video on how to start from scratch. I have searhed all over YouTube and nobody starts all the way from the beginning with getting the site, servers, posting links, etc. Please HELP!!!

OK, this is the deal. I have to move my website’s content because my current hosting supports space for up to 20 pages only. This is the second time I have to change my hosting, my former hosting rejected AdSense’s html codes. I’m searching and searching but all I get is so-called free webhosting–they tell you it’s free and then you can’t use features as basic as editing text and grafics instead of html editing, storing files or just enough space for your pages. Do you know better sites providing actually free hosting?
