Under adsense money
I´m not a US citizen and I never put a foot in US.
This is like the ten time that I make this question, because if I had to pay the taxes of the US, plus the taxes of my country, plus the agent, I need stoll a bank to pay all of them. Will be work and energy for nothing. Then, but I see the Alfaguara prize (conntest for novels with a company bassed in spain and can participate in the conteste everyone with a novel in spanish) and they say they give you U$S 175.000, but you must pay taxes in Spain, that expressed in the contract. I was thinking That maybe that happen because is “a prize”. In the same contract say that you don´t gonna receive money from the first 150 thousand books selled, and they give you it like a prize, and you had to pay for it label, casuse is not considered has copyright, like if was the loto or something like that.
Some people had speak about duble tax treaty or something like that, others say that I just must pay taxes in my country because is where I live, other say that I go to the embassy, That I hasd to go to the internet site of the IRS, and I loose there in the first page…..
Also I saw, trying to discover something, the contract for the publicity system of google, Adsense, and they divide you in three categories: American company, foreing company with employeds in the US and people who don’t “touch anything” in the US, And I –against- can find me there.
Other people speak about a 1040NR or something like that –explanation please- or something called W7. I know ar form from the IRS but I don´t know How much it work with my case. Other say that tell me is that I need an atorney specialized in tax law, something a little expensive when I don get nothing of money.

I got banned from adsense for clicking my own ads, however I did not yet submit my tax information. If I were to make a different account and not click my ads this time, would they ban me again just for having the same name registered as my old account did?

I want to cancel my Gmail account to delete all services such as Google Pages, AdSense, and Blogger but I still want to still have my email address. Is there a way to cancel those services without canceling my Gmail or do I have to cancel and wait for my email user name to be available again?

.i am living in india.deleted the account by disabling all google services.i deleted the account because i got confused with tax information.i used blogger to host my blog. i did not know whether it involved in any U.S activities.further i accidentally clicked on the ad once and made 3 invalid impressions.i didn’t know how to prevent invalid impressions.i sent two mails to google adsense support.one regarding tax info and the other regarding accidental click using my yahoo id which had a different name.i sent the mails after disabling all my goole services.will there be any problem?can i sign up again?can i gine the same address?

i had created one website. i applied for google adsense and got ads displaying. but suddenly my account was disabled due to invalid clicks that the mail had been sent from Google.
now i have another one account. Now can i apply for that?

How can I cancel my google adsense account and start all over with different name but the same web site? It’s all because I’ve had this google adsense account for more than 2 years and the traffic to my website is quite good, but I only earn US$0.00!! I suspect I’ve missed something at the registration process therefore I’d like to cancel it and start all over again. But how could I do that?
