New Adsense Account?

I have an old adsense account that doesnt have the best stats. I havent used it in a while but it says I have 3,500 impressions, 31 clicks and a total earning of $0.35. I havent been able to earn anything in a long time. Is it possible to create another account although this one is active? Can I just use another name?

Why do you want another one.
Just improve what you are doing and read the terms of service and stay within them.

Well if you already have an existing google adsense account i don’t think its wise to open another one since you can just collect the html codes and place on another site and you would still generate income you get from every click……you might also wanna check out this programs loads better than google adsense.This one is a pay per lead program,you can use it to maximize your revenue check http://www.payperleadads.com/amember/go….
