My Google Adsense’s Account Was Disable? Please Help Me To Figure Out!! Help!!!?

Please help me!
Recently, I’ve got disabled from Google adsense program. I don’t understand why. I got a message from them like this:

” While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future, we’ve decided to disable your account. ”

1. Do you have experience about that? Can you figure what is my problem?
2. Can I submit to the program again? Will Google accept me?
3. If not, is there a good advertiser that I can work with?

1. They suspect you are using traffic exchange, change click or click fraud which are not value click
2. Yes. But you need to use other website and different address to apply.

It’s possible that they may think that you have been doing click fraud as in you have been clicking on your own ads a number of times or someone that you know may have been doing that. Eitherway, you violated the terms of condition one way or another.
