My Google Adsense Account Balance Has Reached More Than $ 10?

still there is no option to choose form of payment , it is still showing “You may select a form of payment after your account balance reaches $10.00 .” its the same case with the tax information… any suggestions ???

Not sure this will be helpful, or whether you’ve done this already:
You should be able to see, in your “account” section (where your name, address, etc.) a place where you can select payment method. I thought they asked for US social security numbers upon sign up. There should be the section where you select either electronic transfer to your bank, or US mail paper checks sent monthly.
If you’ve already looked in your “account” section, then I think you should use the “help” section to find out what to do next. (They have that forum, but they ask for the kind of question you have before directing you.)
(You’re sure it doesn’t say, “after $100″? (because that’s how much you have to have to get paid)

Check your adsense account for full details, but as I remember after 10 dollars they will send you a pin number to initialise your payments account. They don’t pay until you reach 100 dollars though.

That happened to me. I waited a couple more days til it got upto $13 then it came up.
