Hello masan,
Your AdSense account was found to be related to an account previously
disabled for invalid click activity and we have therefore disabled your
account. Publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed
further participation in AdSense and do not receive any further
payment. The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the
affected advertisers.
As outlined in our program Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the
right to terminate any publisher’s participation at any time.
Sincerely,
The Google AdSense Team

Google tends to be unforgiving against invalid clicking violations. Unfortunately, once Google is convinced that you are trying to artificially inflate your revenues through invalid clicking, ALL of your sites will be BANNED PERMAMENTLY WITHOUT RECOURSE. That’s just the way it is, sorry.

there are a lot of ppl who try and cheat adsense, and that collectively hurts everybody involved, from publishers to the advertisers. whether you did anything or not, maybe you are lying, who knows the real truth.

I tell you that Google Adsense themselves are fraud. First they enroll us in their program. We invest our time and resources into it. After an year when you are bound to get a payment, they will disable your account without giving any reason whether you are guilty or not. They have no liability whatsoever and it is their right to cheat people. They never tell you what was the cause of diabling accoun or provide any data. It means that it is their choice when to stop payment to the publisher. Google Adsense is only cheating its publishers and its advertisers. Morever, their check never reaches on time. Sometimes your payment never reaches in 4 months. They have set their own monopolistic rules. And there is no rule to safeguard publishers interest.
Its all loss-loss situation for both publishers and advertisers in google adsense. If someone may be earning, there is no reliablity he will be earning next month. Any one can clicks repeatedly on google adsense ads on your website and get your account closed. Adsense is all rubbish and just waste of time/energy/resources/money.
Google is misusing its goodwill and power to cheat innocent people. Its playing with the careers of the people. Stay away from Google adsense.

Invalid clicks is a “catch all” term that they use, but it does not always mean that the publisher cheated. It can mean anywhere from clicking on your own ads, labeling the ads other than those allowed, inciting visitors to support the site and click on the ads, etc.
In your case, your first account was already terminated. Yet you applied again. Yes, you got through the application process and was approved. But in many instances, Google catches it and terminates the publisher AGAIN. Once you have been kicked out of the program, you are kicked out forever.
It will not be up to Google to prove to you how they caught what they deemed as fraudulent clicks on your site. They will not show you the IPs of those who clicked. Instead, explain to them in a very professional manner that you never caused invalid clicks and send them your logfiles to help prove your case.
You have to remember that the first responsibility of Google is to satisfy their advertisers, where the money comes from; and not the publishers. They need to protect the interests of advertisers at all cost. As a result, any clicks perceived to be less than above-board are investigated oftentimes leading to the cancellation of the account of the advertiser.
Don’t apply to Adsense again — they will kick you out again because your account will always be found to be “related to an account previously disabled for invalid click activity.”
I suggest you start applying to other programs. You can
1. Join an advertising network. Advertising networks are organizations that aggregate Web sites that offer advertising space, and sell banner ads (and other advertising options) across them. Traffic requirement is often a minimum of 5,000 monthly impressions, although many do not accept sites hosted by free page services.
Burst Media http://www.burstmedia.com
Fastclick (ValueClick). http://www.fastclick.com
Advertising.com. http://www.advertising.com
Tribal Fusion http://www.tribalfusion.com
2. Participate in other contextual advertising networks. Contextual advertising are text ads delivered based on the content of the web page using an automated system.
Yahoo! Publishing Network (currently in beta and available to US publishers only) http://publisher.yahoo.com/
Intellixt http://vibrantmedia.com/site/web_01a5.ht...
Quigo Adsonar http://www.quigo.com/adsonarexchange.htm...
IndustryBrains http://www.industrybrains.com
3. Sell advertising for your site directly. This is admittedly a more difficult route for a small business site wanting to earn advertising revenues. But hey, as they say: “no pain, no gain!”
