yes it is very easy..
The more traffic you have is good..
atleast 1000 unique visitors a month is good for start.

Google will reject you only if your site is MFA ( made for adsense) They consider site as MFA , site with no content, link farms, etc. They will never ask how many visitors you have per day.

Really the best way to tell how “easy” it is – is to just sign up with the adsense program. During your signup process you will be asked to submit the url of your site so that adsense can review and approve it and then that way you will know for sure.
Adsense has quite a few rules as to what constitutes a violation of their terms of service and many people have signed up only to find out that they violate those terms whether they were aware of it or not. So the best thing to do is to just signup with the program and see what they say.
You don’t need a LOT of traffic to your site. I have sites that get like 1 visitor a day and that site still generates earnings. So its not the traffic – its the content!

Yes…it’s pretty easy to get access for the Google Adsense.. I suggest you to place the ads in yo forum website once you get some minimum traffic**..
**When ever I say traffic consider it as Unique Visitors
As you know that..Adsense is of no use when you have no TRAFFIC!!
So it is advisable to SEO your Forum website and than go for Adsense..
