I Have My Adsense Code For My Blog, I Am Not A Computer Wiz So How Do I Add The Code So It Appears On My Blog?

I just want to add the adsense so adds start to appear on my blog. Once thats done I can’t start to move the blog ad around and see where it fits best.
How do I add the code in the first place, the easier the better.
Its for blogspot.
