My income crossed $10 only today and I tried to access Tax information part but there this is displayed”You may enter tax information after your account balance reaches $10.00 “, now what to do???

Access the tax information is approved manually by google team, so you need to give it some time.
Also you need to check your real mail for the PIN code, you will a square envelop with the PIN that you will to enter in your adsense account.
Google will not pay you unless your account PIN was entered.

Relax.
If its only just crossed $10, give it some time to catch up.
If you still can’t access it in a week or so, then contact Google.
After all you do not have to worry about that until you get past $100.

Your best bet is to probably email Google. They are normally good at sorting this stuff out.
