How To Start Blogging Over Health?

pls help me. i need a sincere advice of how to start writing over health.. kindly pls guide me to categorize the various sections that i can include in the wide categorized and target specific blogs with information to help public in general…. and hey, bring myself to notice too.

apart from this great help, as a secondary help. can anyone tell me how the hell we can add our ads in iblog.com , pls i need to insert Adsense in iblog account and yes i think its possible coz i saw this http://radix.iblog.com with such a nice and edited design…pls do help in this section also..
