How Does Someone Make Money From Their Website When They Aren’t Selling Anything?

I know that getting things like Adsense is a good way to make some revenue from my site but will that be enough to pay a staff of editors? I don’t want to have to charge people for access to my site.

I know of sites that get anywhere from $15,000 to $50,000 a MONTH from Adsense — with some getting even more. But these sites have original quality content and have received a good flow of traffic
If you have the right type of content, the right type of website, and good traffic, you can make enough with Adsense (and other advertising program) to allow you to pay editors and writers.
You can combine Adsense with banner ad networks such as
    TribalFusion http://www.tribalfusion.com
    BurstMedia http://www.burstmedia.com
Or you can do something like Kontera In Text advertising http://www.kontera.com/in-text-advertisi…
Or add something like Chitika Premium Ads https://chitika.com/publishers.php
