How Can I Remove “not Found” Error Message?

After downloading and re-uploading the index.htm page of my site www.horrorwriters.net, I have suddenly received this error message just under my Adsense links:
Not Found
The requested URL /index_files/ads.htm was not found on this server.
I presume the downloading of my index page into Dreamweaver 4 caused this. But just HOW do I get rid of it, as I can’t seem to see it n the HTML code?
