Dont mess up with the code because it is against adsense TOS and might lead to ban your account. you do not know who that publisher who has modified the code is? He might be a premium publisher and you do not know it. He might have taken permission from adsense but you have not taken it. Dailymotion even uses adsense ads near the adult videos but the same if done by you will ban your account. So, dont compare to anybody work according to adsense TOS.
