Google Adsense Search – Is It Ok To Modify The Search Button Using My Own Image And Textbox Using Css Styles?

May I modify the code directly? or is there a way to do it through my AdSense account so that Google produces the code that I desire? I’d like to use my own image on the search button and set a style on the textbox so there is no border. I will be adding a background color in the table cell so the box appears to have a border.
Here’s an example that is listed under Google’s own “Featured Examples”http://www.greenmaven.com/
Green Maven customized their search to create their own button with an image and added a style class to the textbox input.
Is this something anyone is allowed to do or do they just have a special arrangement with Green Maven?

You cannot change any portion of the adsense code generated from adsense. Dont mess up with the code because it is against adsense TOS and might lead to ban your account.
you do not know who that publisher who has modified the code is? He might be a premium publisher and you do not know it. He might have taken permission from adsense but you have not taken it. Dailymotion even uses adsense ads near the adult videos but the same if done by you will ban your account. So, dont compare to anybody work according to adsense TOS. Adsense would not think even once in banning your account but they would not hurt their premium publishers. Hope that helps.
