Google Adsense Help.?

I just started setting up adsense for referrals and i picked my keywords and everything but when i put in my code on my website all it kept showing was something for miley cyrus. How do get ads on there for what i want.

It tells you this when you sign up. Ads at first won’t be very relevant, because Google hasn’t had time to determine what your site is about. The longer the ad is displayed, the more keywords Google can pull from your site, and the more relevant the ads are. Give it time, and they’ll straighten out.
