I am trying creating a Adsense account for my webpage whereto this is the reply from google / adsense…can someone help me what it explains…or what i have to do further…

You simply rejected. Please try to have more unqiue content and try again. If they see your page is not very carefully done or no enough content or bad content they rejects.
