Get invited to one of Adsense’s by invitation only webinars and Google reveals some confidential information during those webinars. To get invited, you must first have a Google optimization person handling your account.
Otherwise, you won’t find this information anywhere.
Earnings per clicks depend on your earnings level and number of clicks — which in turn depend on your traffic levels, the placement of your ads from the layout to the color, and yes, smart pricing.
Smartpricing is the big unknown in Adsense. No one knows how this actually works. But it can affect the pricing of the ads on your site. If the advertiser paid for $0.50/click – but your site is smartpriced – then the cost may be discounted lower (e.g. $0.25). So you may try to develop a site based on high paying keywords but if smartpricing gets to you, then you may not get as much per click as what you are expecting from your keywords.

By EPC do you mean “earnings per click”? If so………
Are you asking what the average EPC adsense pays, what is the average EPC that an adsense ad / publisher earn?
I don’t think that adsense gives out this kind of information and they don’t allow the publishers to do so either.
But to be sure you could always check their blog.
