Does Adsense Blacklist Fraud Clickers?

Posted by Adsense Blog on July 2nd, 2009 at 10:47pm

Once I did quite a lot of false clicks then Google disabled my account. Now, I want to make another Google AdSense account (this time, I’ll do honestly, really!). Will they recognise me if I use different e-mail address? Will they recognise my address? My IP address? My postal code? Thanks.

MOST DEFINITELY. Once kicked out of the program, you cannot reapply again.
If you apply, make sure that you change:
    - your name
    - your email address
    - your address
    - your IP address
    - your website URL
    - heck, even your country
Google has a way of tracing back new accounts to previously terminated accounts. There are some who gets accepted again — but Google catches up on them before getting their first checks
I suggest you consider joining other ad networks and not Adsense – and don’t do what you did with Adsense. Consider it a very expensive lesson

I am sorry dude, its going to be hard. Well change your address and may be you could use some else to apply Google Adsense account like your mom or dad or girlfriend and etc.
Change your url, email, password and everything.
Give it some time say 6 months or soo and try to apply again under your name.
