Can I Get Google Adsense For This Site?

Okay so I have 2 sites and I did them off synthasite. I did this because I didn’t want to pay the money for a domain name and not be able to have google adsense. The sites talk about the top 10 gpt sites on the web. Also the top 10 ptc sites on the web. I applied for google adsense while they were being put onto google and I got disapproved, but now will I be approved? The sites are www . top10gptsites . synthasite . com and then the next one is the same thing only top10ptcsites
