I am 13.And wants to earn money to this.Is it possible?I meant,can i sign up with my parents help or anything else.If yes,explain me further about signing up.I would need more info.If not,advice me on them.
Needs credit card or anything else to start them.A website to explain all this would also help.

it will all need to be in someones name who is older than 18, if your outside the US then you are entitled to earn around £5,000 tax free in the UK, google can then pay directly into your bank account, then you just need to declare your earning at the end of the tax year, but if your under the 5k you will have nothing to pay
