Am I Allowed To Put Previous Account Code On Pending Site By Adsense?

Can i use my brothers account to put ads on my pending site? they are not approving it & i cant wait anymore..??? what will they do after they find that my site already have ads from an existing account?

Putting ads on pending site = you have to understand that Adsense does not want their ads on sites under construction. If they catch you, your brother’s account can be jeopardized. He can be kicked out from the program
And they will find out because when you apply, they will visit your site to check it out.
Just be patient, and move that site from “pending” to a real finished and complete website
