try use another ppc company, if your account is disabled you can go back with your name and address, try using your brother, sister, father… info nad you can have another account

Once kicked, always kicked…
Try requesting an account using a different website, and use the name and details of your wife/brother/parents/friend…
Once you are approved with your new account, you can always add your old websites again.
Make sure you do not make the same mistake of clicking your own ads again!

Unfortunately, once kicked out from Adsense you are banned for life.
You can try applying by
- using a different name
- use a different address
- use a different IP address
- never put the code in the sites you used when you were kicked out
- heck, change even your country
I suggest you simply focus your efforts in applying to different advertising programs as Adsense will not take you back in.
